Our professional, well-mannered receptionists answer your phone Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, PST. We can also answer 9AM- 5PM, EST. Your customers or clients think we are sitting in your office. Our receptionists announce and transfer your callers to any number you desire. If you can’t answer your phone, your messages will be recorded and forwarded to your email and/or cell phone. After hours callers receive a customized greeting with easy to understand options.

• Unlimited talk time – no per minute fees
• Unlimited voice message time and no charge to check your messages
• Unlimited after business hours calls
• Classical music-on-hold for your callers
• Month to month agreement, no long term contract, no deposit required
• Payment by credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer only

• Total calls over 150 will automatically upgrade you to the Basic Service Plan

A more affordable alternative for businesses that do not need live reception but require calls to be transferred to multiple locations via recorded menu. For example: “Press 1 for Sales, press 2 for Customer Service, press 3 for Accounting”, etc. Perfect for offices with multiple locations or virtual organizations with staff working from home offices or in the field.
